Overview of event
SfAM and the National Biofilms Innovation Centre (NBIC) collaborate to bring you this one-day webinar.
The webinar includes a series of talks from industry professionals and academics discussing the challenges facing the food industry in managing microbes & biofilms and the evolving regulatory context of achieving microbial control using interventional approaches.
There will be 8 UK and international speakers from industry and academia, including speakers from Campden BRI, Center for Biofilm Engineering (US), Diamond Pet Foods (US), Kersia, Chilled Food Association, APC Microbiome Ireland, Cardiff University and the USDA.
Who will be interested in the event?
